Common questions
- What happens if I move down a plan?
- Nothing is deleted. The smaller limits apply to new work only, so your customers can still open and order everything that already exists.
- Do I need Shopify Plus?
- No. Gangify prices sheets using a method that works on every Shopify plan, which was a deliberate design constraint rather than an afterthought.
- Where does the builder live?
- On your own storefront domain, served through Shopify. Customers never leave your shop, and it works with any theme.
- Can customers save a sheet and reorder it?
- Yes, on every plan, including Free. They can build without an account and sign in only when they want to save; work started as a guest follows them into their account.
