How it works
Three things happen, and you are involved in none of them until it is time to print.
- They designUpload artwork, arrange it, resize, crop, duplicate. The sheet price updates with every change.
- They check outThe price is derived server-side from the design they submitted, inside Shopify's own cart.
- You printThe order lands in your print queue, sorted by what it needs, with the files ready to pull.
What it does
Everything below works today.
Any length, one fixed width
Customers drag the sheet to the length they need, or pick from sizes you define. Width is locked to your roll, so nothing they build is unprintable.
Volume discounts
Optional. Set a lower rate per square inch once a sheet passes a length you choose, with as many breaks as you want. Leave it off and nothing changes.
Resolution warnings before checkout
Every image is checked at the size it was actually placed. Anything below your DPI threshold is flagged to the customer while they can still fix it, and to you before you print it.
Auto build
The customer lists the sizes and quantities they want of each image, and one button lays the whole sheet out. No dragging, no gaps, no back and forth.
Pack tightly, and pay less
One click closes the gaps and shrinks the sheet to fit, which lowers the price. It is the feature customers mention first.
Pricing your customers cannot edit
You set one rate per square inch and a minimum charge. Gangify multiplies it by the sheet the customer actually built, from a value stored where the browser cannot reach it. If a price looks wrong, the order arrives held and flagged rather than quietly fulfilled.
